Dr. Casey Mangnall

is a licensed psychologist in Utah. She earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver where she focused on psychological assessment of adolescents and adults, military psychology, and forensic psychology. She completed her predoctoral internship at the Utah State Hospital with a primary focus on forensic psychology. She subsequently completed her postdoctoral fellowship in forensic psychology at the Utah State Hospital. She enjoys maintaining a balance of clinical and forensic cases. She combines her clinical training in psychological assessment and therapeutic assessment to tailor each evaluation to the specific needs and concerns of each client.

is a licensed psychologist in Utah and Arizona. She earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Neuropsychology, from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She also attended the University of California, Berkeley, where she completed a Neuropsychological Assessment professional program. Her doctoral internship and post-doc residency were completed at Southwest Behavioral and Health Services in Phoenix, Arizona. Additionally, she has worked alongside the NFL Cardinals’ neuropsychologist to perform pre- and post-concussion neuropsychological testing for the Cardinals football players (2017-19). Currently, she provides hybrid services, and holds a PSYPACT certification allowing her to work interjurisdictionally via telepsychology. Dr. Haines recently moved to Utah to be closer to family. She is looking forward to all the new changes that await her here in Utah.

Dr. Marci Haines

received her degree as a Clinical Psychologist from Eastern Kentucky University and completed her residency as well as post doctorate training at Utah State Hospital. She specializes in clinical and forensic practice within psychology. Dr. Semenick is proficient in diagnostic assessment for children, adolescents, and adults for a variety of mental health disorders with specialties in behavioral, trauma, and personality disorders. Within forensic assessment, Dr. Semenick completes psychosexual, violence-risk, and parental fitness assessments. 

Dr. Meghan Semenick

is a licensed clinical therapist in Utah and is a national board-certified counselor. He focuses on creating an environment of healing and collaboration in therapy. He has his master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and has completed all the course work and supervision for his doctorate in counseling education and is currently finishing his dissertation. He is fully trained in EMDR, ERP, DBT, CBT, and TF-CBT. Russell loves helping people heal and find peace in life. He has a 500-hour certificate in trauma-sensitive yoga teaching, and he continues to find ways to help clients. Russell has also taught undergraduate and masters level courses for over a decade and loves to teach and learn.
